The Shidoka Design System is an enterprise-grade, application-agnostic component library and UX framework designed to deliver scalable, accessible, and cohesive digital experiences across products. Built on a modern Web Component architecture utilizing Lit, Shidoka provides flexible, framework-independent UI components, design tokens, and governance guidelines that empower engineering teams to build consistent interfaces without sacrificing performance or customizability. As the co-founder and technical lead of Shidoka, my role encompasses driving the core architectural vision, defining component patterns, and shaping design system strategy. In addition to guiding the technical execution of web component distribution and framework integration, I serve as a primary advocate for system adoption, steering design governance, and leading cross-functional alignment to ensure Shidoka scales seamlessly across complex product ecosystems.

Kyndryl Catalyst is a custom web application that serves as a financial reporting tool for account managers. It was conceived as a performance-first progressive web application, and is built on native web component technology. Being a PWA, it supports offline usage, mobile first design, and a native app-like feel. D3.js also plays a large role to create highly custom reusable charts. It has been exciting to build something modern without the limitation of legacy browser support.

A major project of 2019 was to deliver the front-end code for the redesign of the ANA Systems website built on Adobe Experience Manager. I decided to continue with the code delivery method that worked so well on the HD Supply project by building a style guide containing core components, styles, and scripts, as well as building full page template examples.

Earlier in 2019 I was brought in as the front-end lead for the NetApp ActiveIQ project to help build Angular components for the redesign of their web application. We used the popular JS library called Storybook to show and deliver our Angular component library.

My last website update was back in 2013, and the front-end landscape has changed drastically since then. I decided it was finally time to overhaul my website to make it more modern. I used Nuxt.js for the PWA architecture, Netlify CMS for content management, Netlify for deployments, and Cloudinary for media asset hosting.

In 2018 I was pulled off of the Tiffany & Co. e-Commerce project briefly to help with a WebSphere Commerce v8 migration and website redesign for our client HD Supply. Building upon the success of the Tiffany Style Guide, I led the effort to build a style guide for HD Supply which evolved into a complete front-end code delivery tool.

PWA Skeleton is a vue-cli template for scaffolding a new Progressive Web Application using the Vue.js framework. It includes the full Vue ecosystem and provides some basic Material Design styles to get started.

This project has been deprecated since the release of vue-cli version 3.

A major project during my time on the Tiffany & Co. e-Commerce project was to normalize some of the UI code to make it more reusable an globally available. Thus, the Tiffany Style Guide was born as a place to maintain core components, styles, and scripts.

GW2 Account Viewer is a web application that uses the Guild Wars 2 API to show you details of your game account on the web.

My first major project at IBM was to help implement a complete redesign of Tiffany & Co's e-Commerce website. All code was custom written with only the help of the jQuery library.

WvW Intelligence is a JavaScript based web application that uses the Guild Wars 2 API to deliver real-time updates from each World vs. World match in-game to this HTML5 map. This site serves over 6 million requests per month.

The Helbreath USA Player Portal provides players of the game with a unique interface to socialize and manage their accounts and characters via the web.

eBid Auctions is a website that I made during my internship at Landscape Forms for internal company auctions. It allows managers to set up open or blind auctions and for employees to place bids using this Active Directory accounts.

The String Collector is an online store that sells new, used, and vintage instruments. They specialize in everything from guitars to tuners and accessories.
